This Privacy Policy document contains types of information that is collected, recorded and how FitTish Training use it. If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, do not hesitate to contact us.

 

FitTish training is a fitness business which provides group and personal exercise training. We must therefore process personal data (including ‘sensitive’ personal data) so that we can provide these services. You may give your personal details to us directly, such as on an application, registration form, via email or we may collect them from another source.

 

Consent

By using FitTish Training’s booking form, you directly consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.

 

Information we collect

 

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

 

If you contact us, we may receive additional information about you such as your full name, contact details including email address, phone number, and postal address, date of birth, photos, sensitive personal data such as any disabilities, heath conditions relevant to your health.

 

How we use your information

 

We use the information we collect in various ways, including but not limited to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our services

  • Improve, personalise, and expand our services

  • Understand and analyse how you use our services

  • Communicate with you, either directly including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to our services, and for marketing and promotional purposes

  • Send you emails

  • Find and prevent fraud.

Your privacy is important and it is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any information that we may collect from you from time-to-time. We will only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide the services to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We will also let you know why we are collecting it and how it will be used.

 

We will only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested services. What data we store will be protected within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Any losses attributed to any illegal, criminal and or unauthorised data loss and or theft will not be our responsibility. We will not share any personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required to by any government requirement and or law.

  • You have the right to be informed in a clear, transparent and easily understandable way about how I use your personal data and about your rights

  • You have the right to request to access your personal data; this provides you with the right to obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it.

  • You have the right to request correction of the personal data that we hold about you; this allows you to have any incomplete or inaccurate data corrected.

  • You have the right to request erasure of your personal data; this enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no valid reason for us continuing to process it.

  • You have the right to object to the processing your personal data in cases where we are relying on a legitimate interest or those of a third party and there are particular facts which make you want to object to us using your data on this basis and we do not have a compelling legitimate basis for doing so which overrides your rights, interests and freedoms; you also have the right to object where we are processing your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

  • You have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data; this allows you to ask us to suspend the processing of personal data about you.

  • You have the right to request the transfer of your personal data to a third party where you provide it to us and we are using it based on your consent or to carry out a contract with you, and we process it using automated means.

  • You have the right to withdraw consent in those circumstances we have been relying on your consent to the collection, processing and transfer of your personal data for a specific purpose.

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint. If you consider we are using your information in a way which breaches the GDPR or the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to complain to me and, if you remain unhappy following our response to your complaint, you have the right to lodge a further compliant with The Information Commissioners Office (ICO). If you wish to review, verify, correct or request the erasure of your personal data, object to the processing of your personal data, withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data or request that we transfer a copy of your personal data to a third party please contact us directly. We will respond to your request as soon as we can. Generally, this will be within one calendar month from when we receive your request but on occasions, it may take longer to deal with your request and in such circumstances, we will let you know.
