You should obtain professional or specialist medical advice before starting any new fitness or training regime as it is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good physical condition and are able to participate in any training activity with FitTish Training. FitTish Training is not qualified to express an opinion that you are fit to safely participate in any activity and any participation by you is undertaken at your sole risk.
You must not participate if you are under the influence of alcohol or non-prescription drugs.
If you are pregnant, post-natal or have any pre-existing medical condition (including but not limited to cardiac problems, asthma, diabetes or any mobility or muscular issues) you must not attend and or participate in any FitTish Training activity without first obtaining medical consent.
You may be asked to perform a number of exercises throughout your training sessions, which will be explained to you in full and where needed a demonstration given, however if you are unsure in how to engage safely then you are to immediately speak to FitTish Training. The intensity of each exercise will be guided by yourself, at a level appropriate to your ability. FitTish Training may halt the exercise at any time because of signs of fatigue, or you may stop when you wish because of personal reasons, fatigue and or discomfort.
There exists the possibility of certain physical and or mental changes occurring during exercise. They include (but are not limited to: abnormal blood pressure, fainting, disorder of heartbeat and in rare instances, heart attack, stroke or death).
FitTish Training will take all reasonable precautions to minimise these risks by evaluation of preliminary information relating to your personal health and general fitness and by observations during your training sessions.
It is your responsibility to immediately report to FitTish Training of any occurrence of feelings of pain, discomfort, fatigue and or ill-health throughout your training sessions. Any Information you possess about your own health status or previous experiences of ill-health with physical activity may affect the safety and enjoyment of your sessions and these are to be provided to FitTish Training prior to any participation in any FitTish Training activity.
You acknowledge your freedom of consent and your permission to perform the exercise is voluntary. You are free to deny consent or stop at any point. By signing below you agree to the terms of this Consent.

The purpose of an exercise programme is to help you achieve health and fitness goals.
FitTish Training is not a doctor. Any information provided is based on personal experience, Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications as well as experience as a Personal Trainer. We are supporting you in our roles exclusively as Personal Trainers only.
FitTish Training is also not a medical health practitioner or mental health provider. FitTish Training personnel serve as motivators, mentors and guides who support you in reaching your own health and fitness goals.
The programme will be based upon your present activity and exercise level and the goals that you wish to achieve. You will experience some feelings of exertion during each activity session and will become hot and uncomfortable at times. Your breathing and heart rate will increase as a result of these activities as would be expected from physical exercise of this type. As your fitness improves, you will participate in more vigorous levels of activity if this is part of your goal, but these will be within your capabilities.
All activities will be explained and demonstrated but please feel free to ask questions at any time.
Any exercise programme carries with it an element of risk. The sessions will be designed to minimise the risks whilst providing an effective level of exercise and activity intensity.
Please inform the FitTish Training if, for any reason (such as illness or injury or general feelings of discomfort and or ill-health which might be aggravated by exercise) that you cannot participate in an activity.
By signing this disclaimer you are agreeing to participate in the specific exercises and exercise programme at your own risk and that you are voluntarily participating in the activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself, and you agree to fully release and discharge FitTish Training absolutely of any and all claims, losses, damages or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of exercising with FitTish Training.
If at any time, you suffer pain or excessive discomfort, stop the activity and inform FitTish Training immediately. You are free to withdraw from any activity at any time.
I agree to take part in the programme described to me by the instructor. The nature, purpose, risks and benefits have been explained to me and I understand what is required of me and that I may withdraw at any time.
