Hello, I'm Tish!

I am a well rounded personal trainer who got into fitness as an enthusiastic child in middle school where I ran cross county for the South of England. Now my main interests are rock climbing indoors and outside, running and yoga. I have always been very active and want to share that passion with my clients.

I am a dynamic, hard working trainer and can offer motivational exercises via innovative training methods to match your training goals. My training programmes are fun, challenging and designed to meet your individual needs and aim to bridge the gap between you and your goals by focusing on your lifestyle.
